HaHa Now you have changed your story yet again. If your broker is telling you what you have just stated then I respectfully suggest that you get a new broker.From what I understand you have said is that your broker has interest from a party (a client of his) to trade to another client of his some HCG shares at a time in the future in an off market transfer. Should you require explanation of an off market transfer I respectfully suggest that you get further advice.

What you have written is hyperpole and vitriol in that maybe 2 parties are going to do a transaction if they agree.How this would affect trading on the market is quite beyond me. Perhaps you could enlighten me.
