Good summation silver01, I was a bit bemused by bobcatpauls cynical swipe at the company's business process and sp fluctuation.

It looked like there was a concerted effort to sell the stock down yesterday on very light volume with the vwap being 6.28 and late in the day all the support bids removed and a small parcel sold at 5.8......traders at play, most likely.

I spoke to HCG MD Dr Sassine asking when the transaction would be complete and he said it was being vetted by lawyers before being made public.....I got the feel it is only days away.

Reading your past posts bobcatpaul it may be you who should be accused of ramping with your call below from a post on the announcement of the aqisition on the 10/11/10 :

"This could be a $2 stock within 6 to 12 months and good news is there will be a shortage of scrip as all shareholders in LEI are hanging on and some have indicated they will be in the market early to increase their holdings"

An apology to silver01 would be appropriate if you concede the facts;)
