I would need to be a lot closer to a company to judge if they have something worth buying.
Manny stocks that look good on the surface but fall apart.
Many investors dont have the experience or knowledge to make an informed judgment.
The directors buying is interesting but without more information I might be following someone off a cliff.
A good example is code AAR.
They would need some decent news before I would buy.
