I have come up with a price target of $12 for GDY, very rough figures though.
Shares on issue now: 88,000,000
Shares to be issued (working cap) : 12,000,000 (12,000,000 x $2.50 = $30m)
Shares to be issued (200 mw plant) : 200,000,000 (200,000,000 x $3.30 = $660m)
Therefore there will be approx 300,000,000 shares on issue, the expected cash flow is $220,000,000 for the 200 MW plant, with net profit around this figure you can come up with EPS of $0.66 give it a multiple of 18 (comparable to PHY) and i get my taget of $12
What do people think of this valuation, am i crazy, please correct me if i am wrong...
