I am looking to re-enter around 3c...

There are 2 potential outcomes if you wait for 3 and the target price of 20c is achieved :

1. you get if and you make 17c profit
2. you miss out and you neither gain or lose

on the other hand if you pay 4c there is only one outcome :

you gain 16 c profit

on the other hand if we are wrong and the price retracts to 1.5 c

if you buy for 3c then you lose 1.5c
versus losing 2.5 c if you payed 4c

make your mind if chancing the entry price is worthwhile in this instance
