My chart is showing a classic cup and handle formation with a top of 19 and a bottom of 3 cents pointing to a target of 35 cents. Today we saw a breakout to 20.5 cents and a retest of support at 19 cents. It's not uncommon for a stock to test support before pushing higher. A breakout will occur when the share price pushes strongly through 20 cents on solid volume.
