You have to build up a stock before you can ship it. I think you wouldn't ship less than 20 drums at a time, maybe $1-1.5m shipments.

Anyway, you would build up a stock for times when the plant goes offline. My guess is nothing gets shipped for 2 two months then some into contract and some into spot (roughly in the proportions they have contracted to date). The saving grace for why they would not need a big 'stockpile' at the plant is that they have paper stocks of uranium as well to cushion deliveries or soothe users if they have a plant interruption. PEN relied on this big time when their initial plant performed like a crab and in the end got cooked/done like one.

PS don't expect too much sold at spot as buyers will be "flexing - up" on contracts as best they can.
