Interesting bit of TA...
2 year descending triangle.
These often break to the downside, but with this duration it becomes more of a basing setup and can break to the upside.
Target:
= height of back of triangle (~22c)
+ breakout level (21-22c)
= ~43c
[50 month MA also = 42-43c]
We'll see.
