Its going to be available in 9 months time so manufacturing must not be far away. The plant in Germany is also nearing completion (mid 2009) so production of fuel cells should be up and running before the end of the year.
It is a much better product than solar imo as it will work day/night/cloudy/rain.
Also I only just noticed that they continue to develop "fully intergrated micro CHP products with Paloma, Japan (makers of Rheem and Solahart brands)." They are in with other brands/countries as well but I thought most readers here would have heard of those brands.
