Our market remains at this level because of the unfair advantage that brokers have to buy in and out manipulate the stock price with small dollars. Loading the buy and sell sides with small volumes. This is our market unfortunately, fabricated by their own design. We may not be able to play in it with the same rules however we can and should be aware of it.
