EMX shareholders are not going to accept the offer
8 shares of EMX ( 2.2 cts X 8 = 17.6 cts ) in exchange for 1 CXU share worth 11cts ? Hard to see T/O happening with CXU SP so low. Hopefully , CXU management have something more to offer & they need to raise money too for drilling but surely at a discount to current SP.
