The 8 for 1 offer was based on the CXU share price of 27c on the 14 March 2013 that according to CXU represented a 30% premium. Since then the CXU share price has dropped 60% to 11c.
I'm guessing that we would need at least 27c by August to allay any EMX shareholder fears assuming that EMX doesn't hit pay dirt in the meantime.
