The revised profit guidance , given only 2 weeks before close off was $36-$40M after the write-off.
After Tax this is $25-$28M . At 70c the company is worth $120M This a a P/E range of 4.8 - 4.3 times, and when it gets published the market will be clambering over each other to get this stock.
At ASX averages of 12 -13 PE this stock is worth $300M or $1.75 per share not factoring the future growth and profit. It will hit $50M.
Debt is so low its almost operational facilities only.
Company has a huge pipeline of profitable business.
Lawyers don't need mines, overseas buyers or a strong Aussie Dollar. They make money rain hail or shine.
Mid point earnings are 15c per share , and the company's dividend policy is 40% or 6c. They have so far given out 2.5 I would hope for the full 3.5c to met their target but as they are lawyers and like to hold onto money they may only match at 2.5. Which is a return of 14%.
My only grip with this company is they can be tight with their dividend, they should release more and hopefully they will as after dividends they have retained profits, IE Cash over well of $50M since listing. It is a much safer and robust entity then it was then, and this should be reflected in a $2+ share price.
This one gets my 5 out of 5 rating.
