Honestly I only bought these because I thought the majority ownership looked like the kind of people who wouldn't let the assets sit idle for ever, and in the hope, eventually realised, of the greenies being kicked out of government in Tas.
For some reason I was under the impression that this lease contains tin and wolfram. Just goes to show that luck and persistence can be better than detailed knowledge sometimes.
