Price upgrade, page-42

I have a 'short' list I'm keeping my eye on, each with P/e's well in excess of 40!. Think the earnings season will spook many. pick any major stock, all trading well above 'normal' P/e's. Not bld. we are playing catch up. The div yield will boost us and the pipeline fundamentals will bolster us in times of shock, which grow more pronounced as the overall mkt hits higher highs.

im slowly shifting to defensive, don't like how gold is holding well...smart money moves first....but happy to hold bld for medium to long, as it pays 4 itself....
