The project is at least 2 years behind, numerous issues with dust when shipping in new clinker for the plant, unable tp produce cement due to programming issues, booged down elevators, and a multitude of other equipment failures, also a huge oil spill from cement mills. Lile a said, who or who isn't managing this multi million dollar project ?????
