AJM (Altura) were a lit producer that lost their company to the neighbour next door. From what I heard they let PLS into their data room. The borrowed alot when lit prices were down with 15% or so interest. They lost alot of shareholder money, relisted, are now Morella with the same directors there and at (SYA) Sayona, which is also now a producer and selling spod and over 2 yrs got the sharprice from ath 38cents down to now 10.5cents. Directors of these companies know lithium, but are the worst for business management, brokering deals, marketing comms, disclosure to retail investors and returning sharholder value. They reward themselves with shares even though there is a 46%vote against it. There should be a permanent blacklist for these criminals.
