If 1 tjoule equals $9000 in revenue based off a $9 gjoule wholesale rate then it equates to 400x$9000 in gross revenue per day = 3.6mil.
$3.6mil X 365 = $1.3bil yearly
And that's not Inc any rev from WA tenement !!
