    The announcement to ASX (Company Update) on 28/3 is very useful.Clearly they need capital to do what they plan,so could be a little run up in sp to have an issue.I will participate as new management have some track record in m&a in specific space.
    Tax losses are large and useful to the right business and I am surprised other groups were not interested.
