Yes Phylogica have had success with the technology hence why there is such large interest from the major pharmaceutical companies.
Roches Partnership was instigated largely on Phylogica being one of the very few companies that have had success in interacting with intracelullar targets.
Worthwile you take some time & research many of the leads available on the website, i'm sure you will be more than happy with what's made available there.
