if neo closes at $0.045 then this will give us a bullish harrami cross,

[ this mean's the bear's have all but lost there fight for the down ward trend to continue, ]

if this bullish harrami cross happen's then this will mean a side way's movement could come about,

this is not as good as a reversal of course,

but it is better then a continuation of the down ward trend.
