Hi mongombolo, You might have left the most relevant bit of the chart off. Look at what happened when the sp broke through the Bollinger bands in April 08. IMO that situation looks very similar to now. Difficult to believe its heading back to $26. IMO $40 seems more likely if the market continues to recover and the US dollar continues to fall.
