Probably just because we have currently Richard Pavlik in the management who formerly worked for OKD. Generally rubbish lies trying to discredit EMH. Based and what he said I believe EMH could start case against him and easily win. But EMH wants to get to mining and find a way good for both EMH and Czech Republic. Without cooperation it will be worse for both sides.
