I don’t see how even an appeal can interfere with our legally approved exploration, drilling and mining.

SMM have been defrocked, declawed, all teeth pulled, venom removed and caged up.
SMM cannot touch us, cannot do any injunctions, cannot interfere with exploration or mining.
No evidence can be removed; no new evidence can be presented.
The courts are on our side. They had an emergency sitting just to remove the injunction.
The Court of Appeal also made it clear that this decision is intended to prevent Sumitomo from applying for further injunctions against Axiom over its exploration rights on the Isabel nickel deposit, regardless of whether Sumitomo lodge an appeal.
As Sniper pointed out, the courts will have another emergency sitting if SMM are granted the appeal. But no more injunctions.
