Re covenants - I don't know what they are - at a guess . . .
Leverage ratio covenant might be in the range of <2.5 to <3.25x or thereabouts. They will be at around 3x I expect, so could be outside this one depending on where it is set, if it exists.
ICR might be >4x EBIT, and they will be about 5x I suspect.
I'm just making this stuff up on the fly - so don't rely on me.
