    as others have said its no dummy bid just a queue jumper trying the get the first trade.

    they do have to be preparde to pay the 6cents as sometimes the sellers can pull out leaving him stranded though on a small order such as today its pretty insignificant.

    the trades at open, close and after any announcements trade at an auction price meaning the buyers and sellers are calculated to an indicative auction price and thats what the traders pay or recieve. however if your back of the queue you may miss out so by placing you order near the top of the queue you've got the best chance of getting the trade
