I guess angus is the biggest shareholder and also the biggest to get hit if consequences are bad and also the negotiator!!!
My guess is open on 4.3c
placement price is anyone's guess and i don't think the placement price will matter, if u have been watching AAR closely u would realise that it is totally driven by brokers not valuated by holders and because there aren't many shares to trade it was so easy to manipulate up and down!
Therefore, I think normal buy/sell/traders rules don't apply in this case!!
