Yes, Sandiego is pretty much only open to depth, and reported intersections are not representative of true width. So they will probably need to find other orebodies to get up to the 10m tons+ SFR are currently sitting on.
Aside from the broker conspiracy theories, I haven't read any indication that they won't offer shares to holders as a suffix to the placement. So I wouldn't necessarily rule that out.
