latest doc shows that they will look to go unconditional soon and pay cash in 5 days. they arre waiting for 90%, but in my experience if close they will go unconditional just to get across the line.
those who do not accept will be compulsorily acquired but will have to wait months for the money.
imo there is virtually no chance of an increase in price, they will call remaining holders, many of whom simply are not paying attention , and will get their 90% soon. l am sure they are keen to wrap this one up, as evidenced by the 5 day offer, as they are themselveds being taken over - want to wrap up loose ends.
