yilyanga the legel battle is not against GOT so let's get that straight ,you are attempting to claim native title over an area so youre battle is against the NT gov and NT DOR it's them that issued the tenement,correct? The NT DOR would not issue a tenement in the first place if they believe that the area in question by you could be under native title ,before they issued the tenement they would have sent an enquiry to their legal(lawyers that would know a thing or two in native title) team and said"is this area under native title and is there any sea rights"
and they have said No, hence the issuing of the tenement
and let's not forget the gemco sea tenement you are also up against them.
