re: valuation just out - $3 +++++ conservatively

I will not be asking for his assessment of CMR, he is busy enough himself, feel free to do so yourself if you really want his opinion though.
As for the project itself, noone here doubts the numbers being provided by the company (or you) or the potential...at least i havent seen anyone dispute them.
What does exist however is project risk, and that will exist right up to day 1 of production...after that, who knows where the SP will go (very well north most likely). And with project risk, comes market volatility.
In the meantime, as you say, there are not many shares on issue, and that means an absence of trading (relative to other shares) which will hopefully (for holders) enable the SP to reach a fair market value based on 'potential'.
Why did I get out in the 50s then? I have a few investment rules which I adhere too...in some cases i regret them (eg MGX), but in the majoirty of cases they save me alot of cash.
One of them is to never hold a company that jumps hard on a 'hot sector' news...which is what CMR did on Uranium. Had there been no uranium connection, and the jump was based on the oxides, i may well have held on.
The future will determine whether i made the right or wrong decision...i still have an intention to buy back in the 40s...or when the 'uranium' halo surrounding the company has worn off even if thats at much higher prices.
