He does say that CMR is a specuative high risk play and his 'valuations' are based on the assumption of the super cycle bull run in resources (fired primarly by Chinese demand) as continuing for a number of years.
If such a super cycle bull run was to gather real momentum ... sure, we could end up with some extreme valuations that could be 'bubble-like" before they pop.
CMR, nonetheless, does bear watching - and maybe buying in due course.
If you are lucky enough to have bought into this one at lower prices I certainly would not be a seller (no more than I would be a buyer on Monday)
