I can't believe you on this. Any info given to an individual not disclosed to the public regarding the change in the financial position of the company in the future would be insider trading. This type of info needs to be disclosed as there should be a provision for this in the accounts. It is without a doubt material.
From the company:
"The arbitration notice of dispute is in abeyance." ie no legal costs here

again from the company:
"The directors have all been in for questioning and the police are now deciding whether they charge anyone."
Other areas are being looked at.
