Pretty interesting stuff barney, keep it coming. Not sure if this will speed things up or not. If PT IMN were charged, and hypothetically the charges were proven, what would that actually mean to IAU?
Even if they were in jail, they (PT IMN) would still hold the rights etc wouldn't they?
Of course the threat of such action could hasten negotiations.
