The answer is a definite YES!
Uranium prices will rise.
Demand will outstrip supply.
New reactors will need to fill large start up orders of Uranium.
Look at the price in Feb 2009, then look at the price in Feb 20011 after the Mark up Phase and pre Fukishima.
I believe we are completing accumulation for the current cycle and ready for the next mark up phase.
Since we are starting at a higher base, I believe that 16 cents is realistic but I am also looking for a higher top of 24 with a best case scenario of between 35 and 40 if every thing goes super well. IMHO!!
This is my bullish outlook based on Wykcoffian principles and is not intended as a ramp.
