Since PEN now have a couple of big players as major shareholders, they will decide when they take the lid off. Smartmoney dont like paying any more than they have to, so they will test supply at different levels along the way.
You can expect to see a similar pattern to the last mark up phase, between Feb 2009 and Feb 2011.
First test should be 5.5, then 7.5 and once above 7.5, I believe we will accelerate to 10 and beyond.
As for a time frame; 6 - 12 months should see these first marks taken out but cant be sure about 24 and 35/40 until we are above 10 again. Possibly a 12 - 24 month time frame for the top of the mark up. IMHO
