Chart looks OK to me... in no man's land.
EMA at a pivotal point, a few more up days and a Golden Cross will begin forming (50/200EMA).
Lets just hope there is good news around the corner re resource upgrades and the States' fiscal cliff.
Much better (PEN) year ahead of us that is for sure!
