Hi
The security of loan against R&D refund is for the protection of the lender i.e. thr R&D refund amount cant be spent on other things unless the loan is repaid. This does not guarantee that the company has enough money for its day to day operation. As I mentioned a week back the company is not flush with funds and will need more funding if this loan is repaid in cash
