I don't know what you mean by "sheet" however your point is correct when talking specifically about MBE. (For the record saying your context is 100% and then saying "to be exact I should say"..) is in fact a contradiction within the same sentence but let's not get hung up on this point.

MBE do call their mobile content products "DCB" when it should really be called "mobile content/products billed via DCB".

MBE have connections with the telcos (not sure how many) and that connection point is their "DCB or mobile billing platform" so technically they do have a DCB platform (as you cannot technically connect a games app to The telcos without this intermediary technical platform - however this is academic in the scheme of things).

You point was that MBE have not labeled their business unit correctly and this is correct.
