Last time I looked into this I found it to be 1%.

While the percentage of reviewers is undeniably low it is important to remember that percentage of customers surveyed (and responded) is often considerably lower than an example above.

But even at 1%... 38 reviews means 3800 bought. Then you have reviews in percentages based on different web sites for the same product. Gets messy.
