I think that the argument that the share price hasn't risen more than 8.5% because the announcement was expected is flawed.
Otherwise......everyone who brought FBR in the 2 cent days should have expected that on the back of 3 years of announcements the share price would stay in the 2 cent range.
It is what it is people.
The announcement this morning was simply awesome. Just that lots of people don't realise it yet.
