ie. we as share holders will ‘pay’ our company to expand. Trading halts are a bit like prison, our money is locked up and we therefore have no say in the outcome.
We, (shareholders) give this right to those that run the company ( and give away our right to act otherwise), when we hit the ‘ buy’ button.
Dilution of a share price generally means the SP will fall.
