I believe your call to be within the realm of reasonable. My guesstimate is $1.25 would be reasonable within the next 6 months from now,that is,3 months after a successful commissioning, and $2.00 after fine tuning of operations by the end of this year.
In the case of a SM meltdown, all bets would of course be off. That being said, any rubbish companies would not survive, and those solid mining producers with the best management(like EMR of course) would be among the first to come good again. Advanced explorers/developers with solid management and a proven reasonably large in ground resource would also of course be among the first to come good again.
As for black swan events, nobody can, by definition, anticipate those, with Covid being a prime example.
