Im a LTH here. Have enjoyed the 4 year journey thus far, and i believe we are really just about to get going.
Over the last 18 months, ive always thought we would be around $1.20 ish at first pour. Im still thinking that is going to be close to the mark, if there are no other seismic global or local events that impact the metrics of the project.
After 12 months of production, $1.80 / $2.20 would not surprise me.
Tremendous effort by Management and the on site team to be on time and budget, given the Covid situation.
