The SP will still go back and hover (in a normal environment) around the $7-8 mark. Remember, production our of HL is meeting contractual obligations, and contract price and supply has much more significance to a company's PE than the spot price - we're not talking about Gold here, and we know that Nuclear Power supply stations are increasing in number - just look at Great Britain.
Not a day traders stock.
