I find the stickiness of the SP to the SPP price suspicious, but...

I find the stickiness of the SP to the SPP price suspicious, but I don't know what to make of it. The market absolutely soiled the bed for the last two sessions and still here, sticking to that SPP price. Up today, and again, still here, sticking to that SPP. Given that manipulation is more likely and more effective at low volumes, it seems like this is a manufactured outcome, but I can't for the life of me figure out what the point would be. Having it below the SPP would ensure people don't take it up if that's the game, but having it above the SPP is a great way to make sure people take up the SPP if that's the game. I've never seen the market respond this way to an SPP before.
