It could be Rusty (I'm wishing them the very best, particularly given their product assists the elderly and disabled), but that company doesn't meet PVL's new target investment profile — where is their economic moat, other than some elegant engineering?
Also, it doesn't fit the profile of the target sectors going forward: i) Electrification & Decarbonisation, ii) Next Generation Computing, iii) Space technologies & iv) Research-based cognitive function technologies.
HT Systems is a very different target company compared to some of the new investments which have disruptive technology and deep IP-based moats such as Quantum Brilliance, Skykraft, Urbix, and Neuroflex.
