Probably agree with you.
Just had a refresh on HT, and see that they raised $300k by crowd funding less than a year ago, after struggling with alternatives.
Their product seems interesting, founder/inventor has credibility and it definitely would seem to have a decent addressable market, however if given all that they struggled to raise money (before the VC market retreated) then for whatever reason it definitely is not a no brainer.
I have no problem with PVL exiting stuff they can’t see themselves adding value to. A bit of focus is needed.
The current PVL team cannot to worse than Yardley, or worse than Yardley's predecessors.
