Just my opinion - not advice...

The test results to date (less than 20 patients) have impressive results - enough to have the valve named "best in class".....
The EFS (another less than 20 test subjects - and valves used - hopefully sold at $25k each - $500k in total) will hopefully be completed with preliminary results announced soon...that will further support the success of the product...aside from the revenue generated through the sale of valves in the study, the financial state of the company will not improve...and that will be a potential deterrent to investors....as the commsec reccomendation states .."investors see little value in owning this stock at this time (or words to that extent)"...and this may be a reason for the sell off and fall in SP.

While commercialisation and improved cash flow (income) remains in the future, it is reasonable to understand the investors sentiment. However, the next larger study (due to start after the EFS) of 1000 + subjects will see (hopefully) a better income stream ($25k / valve - $25 000 000 in total) which will hopefully lead to full commercialisation (by current owners or following a take over) which will hopefully increase investor interest and drive the SP up.

2025 has been postulated as a milestone / target for a reportable increase in company success. Fingers crossed that happens - less than 3 short years away.

In the meantime, maybe think of it as an oportunity to top up or average down on buy price ( remebering that some investors bought in at $180.00....$0.18c pre consolidation).
