    I will be buying sub-25 ... one of the bluest blue chips in ASX50. Macq research has downgraded the whole sector. That's probably the main reason behind the fall in SP. LEI however is light on the resources side, but heavy on the infrastrcuture side. The Gulf / UAE is the competitive edge.
